Section titled “Sign in”
  1. After the Production rollout, open https://app.iot-sens.schlossers.at; test operators use the test address provided by SENS.
  2. Enter your username or email address and password.
  3. Select Secure sign in.

If an administrator gave you a temporary password, the console asks you to replace it before opening customer data. Choose a personal password of at least 15 characters and follow the message shown if the password is rejected.

If API unavailable appears, the console cannot reach the platform service. Select Reconnect after a short wait. If the problem continues, send the environment and version shown on the screen to support.

Choose the correct customer area

The tenant selector at the top of the sidebar controls which customer area you are working in. Open it by selecting the current tenant name. Always check it before creating or changing anything. Platform administrators may see several tenants; other users normally see only the tenants assigned to them. Selecting another tenant opens that tenant’s Overview.

The current tenant is also part of the browser address, for example /tenants/{tenantNumber}/devices. This makes reloads, bookmarks, links, and browser Back/Forward keep the intended scope. Global Tenant and Raw-data pages have no active tenant.

The linked path in the top bar reads, for example, Tenants → Nordwerk → Devices → Außensensor 12. It is a quick scope check and lets you return to a higher level. On small screens, middle levels may be shortened while the tenant and current page remain visible.

Use the navigation

The navigation only shows areas available to your role. On smaller screens, open it with the menu button. The status at the bottom reports whether the API is ready and identifies the active environment and release. Your profile at the bottom of the sidebar shows the name and email returned by the current session. Open it to review your username, role, and authentication method.

Use Sign out in the profile menu when you finish, especially on a shared computer.
