Overview
The Overview is the start screen for the active tenant. After sign-in, the console opens the first tenant visible to the account. The page names the tenant, shows its status, and links to its details.
Continue working
Section titled “Continue working”The actions are ordered by role instead of presenting every internal tool:
- Viewers see Dashboards and Devices first.
- Organization administrators also see organization and Device management.
- Tenant administrators also see Device Types, Flows, Users, Permissions, and Audit.
- Platform administrators additionally see the Tenant list, global Raw data, and platform administration.
Unavailable actions are not advertised. The page does not turn a partly loaded list into a total count. A disabled tenant is clearly marked and changing actions remain unavailable.
Your access
Section titled “Your access”This section explains the effective role and lists the visible organization areas. It is access context, not a count of Devices or locations.
If no tenant is available, contact your tenant administrator. The account may be valid but not yet assigned to a customer area.
