Device Types and Decoders

Device types group devices with the same telemetry interpretation.

Decoder versions define how raw payloads are transformed into normalized measurements. In V1, decoders are controlled TypeScript modules, not arbitrary runtime user scripts.

Decoder activation or modification must be audit logged.
